Do I have to Sign a Contract?
No. We are in constant communication with you so that we may be aware of your changing needs.
Are there a minimum number of hours that I have to take?
You may have as little as one hour per week or as much as you need.
Can my hours be spaced out throughout the week?
Service is available whenever you need it.
Do I have to always have just mornings or just afternoons?
No. It is our goal to give you the help you need, when you need it.
Can I vary my day from week to week?
In order to avoid scheduling conflicts it is more advantageous if you have the same days each week. However, changes to your schedule can be made anytime by contacting your Branch Associate and providing her with sufficient notice.
Will I have the same person every week?
As much as possible, barring illness, you will. Our goal is to have consistency in your help.
What if my regular girl can't come?
We will substitute another helper, or come ourselves if your regular help is unavailable for any reason.
May I meet the person who will be coming beforehand?
Absolutely. A Branch Associate will meet with you and our suggested caregiver to ensure that everyone is comfortable with each other.
